Julie’s professional adventures have been diverse, dynamic and highly fulfilling. Working with leaders of all ages and stages, Julie creates integrated coaching and leadership development programs for corporations that care, progressive foundations, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations with social justice missions.

She facilitates retreats as well as other programs designed to increase individual and team effectiveness and satisfaction. Over the past two decades Julie has served thousands of leaders throughout the United States, as well as Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Julie’s background includes co-active coaching methodology, conflict resolution skills, improvisational theater, effective communication, storytelling, and direct feedback. When combined, they unleash clients’ strengths and support them to work from their core values.

Her credentials include a bachelor’s degree in Comparative Sociology, master’s degree in Sociology, as well as training and certification as a Co-Active Coach, Organizational and Relationship Systems Coach, and Leadership Circle Assessment Practitioner. She is a bilingual and bicultural Latina of Central American and Caribbean descent.
