As the Project Facilitator at Collaborative Partners Initiative, I support community-driven programs through direct facilitation, coordination, and relationship-building across partner organizations. I bring a strong foundation in community service and leadership, informed by years of experience in both national service and civic engagement roles.
Previously, I served as the Team Manager at Imagine Justice Project, where I drew on my experience as both an AmeriCorps member and staff to coach and mentor service members, navigate resources, and maintain strong partnerships with host sites. My earlier work included two consecutive AmeriCorps terms with IJP, where I served with Hilltop Artists, FlyStart, and Our Sisters’ House. After my service, I joined Our Sisters’ House as a staff member, continuing my commitment to youth and families impacted by violence.
Before that, I served as Deputy Director at The Outreach Team, where I lco-ed large-scale civic engagement campaigns, managed teams, and contributed to national voter outreach efforts.
Across all my roles, I’ve worn many hats, mentor, facilitator, coach, connector, and I remain committed to creating spaces that help others thrive. Outside of work, I enjoy biking around the city and hanging out with my cat.
