Era Schrepfer

Era Schrepfer is a nonprofit professional and grantwriter with more than twenty years of experience leading and supporting community-based organizations, international exchange programs, and civic engagement initiatives. Era brings particular strength in group facilitation, cross-cultural dialogue, and translating complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.

A former U.S. Peace Corps volunteer, Era has held leadership and partnership-focused roles in program development, strategic planning, and institutional fundraising. She is known for managing complex projects with care and clarity, building trust across diverse stakeholders, and centering community voices in her work.

Era lives in South Park in South Seattle. She speaks Spanish and has traveled extensively, experiences that continue to shape her global perspective and community-centered approach. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, gardening, complicated baking recipes, trying new restaurants, and cheering on the Seattle Mariners. She is also a proud parent of two children, ages 21 and 12, both of whom dance traditional Mexican folklórico.
