Jasper Dragon has 15 years of experience working within K–12 schools, higher education institutions, and nonprofit organizations. Their career has focused on building sustainable programs, strengthening partnerships, and leading development initiatives that increase access and opportunity for historically underserved communities. Jasper brings an asset-based and collaborative approach to grant writing. The belief that communities already hold knowledge, strengths, and solutions to bring meaningful change shapes their work.
They hold a Master of Education in Social Justice Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. This foundation informs their grant writing practice, particularly in how they frame programs within equity-centered frameworks, articulate community impact, and align proposals with sustainable, community-driven outcomes.
